Appointment
If a referral has been sent to us from your GP or other health professional, we will contact you to make the booking.
If you don’t have a referral, but would like to book a dedicated appointment with a GP at the Wellington Street Clinic to discuss/review your mental health please call our friendly team on 6310 8300 or book online;
Cancellations
Most appointments are around 50 minutes in duration. We aim to minimise ‘no-shows’ in order to keep our waiting lists to a minimum.
If you do need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we can ensure someone else is able to be seen.
A cancellation fee may be applied if less than 24 hours notice is given prior to cancelling an appointment.
